At “Rusayn”, we deliver quality beauty products across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners. We aim to fulfill and deliver your orders promptly, safely, and securely.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, we process it within 1–2 business days.
After processing, the order is handed over to our delivery partner.
You will receive order and shipment updates via SMS/Email or your registered phone number.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Dhaka.
Outside Dhaka, delivery may take 3–10 business days, depending on the location and courier service availability.
Tracking
After dispatch, we provide tracking information where possible.
You can track your order via the courier partner link or through your account dashboard.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges apply as displayed during checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order qualifies for return due to incorrect/damaged on delivery.
